DEADLINES FOR PRODUCT SHIPPING

Orders received on holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

As the garments are personalized and made to measure for each baby, the delivery time will be approximately three weeks.

DEADLINES FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

The return periods detailed below will begin to count from the delivery of the order:

30 calendar days: on all fashion and clothing products, accessories and footwear.

As the garments are custom made, and the customer has sent these measurements for tailoring, returns will only be accepted when the garment does not fit the measurements received from the customer.

In the event that the error in measurements has been made by the client, if the client requests a new preparation or modification of the garment, all expenses incurred will be borne by the latter.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the asset will suffer depreciation. Our customers are reminded that it is recommended that the packaging comes in perfect condition.

The return of personalized products is not allowed, without express authorization of the company, except defect or tare thereof and according to the terms and conditions established by RDL 1/2007.

Once the merchandise has been received in our store and the delivery verified, the amount and shipping costs will be refunded, if applicable, according to the payment method made by the customer, except for cash payment, which will be refunded by bank transfer within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned merchandise. The direct cost of returning the good or service will be borne by the customer as set out in the LGCU. (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users)
